Rick’s career began with Huntsman Corporation where he served in numerous positions, including Co-President and CFO. While Rick was at Huntsman Corporation, the company grew from approximately $100 million in sales to over $4 billion in sales. Rick then served as Chairman and CEO of Pliant Corporation. During his tenure at Pliant, the company grew from approximately $200 million in sales to nearly $1 billion in sales. Pliant Corporation was sold in 2000 for over $1 billion. Since leaving Pliant, Rick has invested in numerous companies and has worked to help them grow and prosper. Through his private equity firm Aries Capital Partners, Rick has provided the long-term capital for Jus International, and serves as the Chairman of the Board. Rick is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business.
